ALoHa FRiDaY!!!!!

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday

In Hawaii,"Aloha Friday", is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
Oh and don't forget to click on the link above to go to the original post and play along with Kailani and the rest of us make some new blog friends!

My question for today is:

Do you beleive that

#1) there is OnE special person that you are Destined to be with?? or...

#2) that there are Many people that could be Right for You?

I think that's kinda two questions

SO,

Do you beleive in #)1 or #)2!??

My daughters Belle and Jill use to ask me this all the TiMe!!

I also wanted to thank everyone for your encouraging and kind words, on my very deep post, the other day!I am feeling a bit better about everything at this writing! I have e-mailed most of you but just in case I missed you or couldn't find an address, ThankYou! You all are just Great!!I am so glad to have met you!

Whenever I light candles the two smaller dudes just hover around them. Not romantic or relaxing at all.

I mostly light candles when we have company. I forget about them, and that's not good.

Yes, my husband loves candles bc he's cheap and doesn't like the lights on. lol

I do light candles, not for romance though. For the smell

I light them for the smell.

I am a total yes on this as well!! There is nothing cozier than a fire going and some candles flickering.

Mrs. M said...

Yes, but not often enough!

I used to light candles a lot more before the kids. Now I'm just too afraid. Of course, I also have a hard time finding scents that do not bother my allergies/asthma.

Usually only when company comes over - I just forget about them otherwise. I have taken to sitting down and reading with a candle lit - it is so relaxing. I love all the autumn scents.

I love candles and light them whenever I can :)
I'm hosting a big birthday giveaway, come and have a look (see left sidebar).

I love candles too. I just never think about putting them out and lighting them. Hum...I should go now and get them.

No. I love candles, but stopped burning them after my kids were born. I have started burning them a bit more lately.

Tattoos and Teething Rings said...

Sadly, no. I love them, but I have a monkey -I mean, 17 month old boy- who loves to blow them out even if it means climbing onto a table!

Oh yes! I like seasonal ones, the smell gets me in the holiday spirit! Plus, the smell really makes the house smell better and I am all about that!

When my husband was here, we did ...
now, I don't... but as soon as he gets back, I know we will again!

Molly said...

We used to, when we had a small apartment for atmosphere. I don't think to do it now that the kids are running around, thanks for the reminder!

Tara said...

Since Andrew started crawling, walking and climbing, I stopped using them. If they aren't sitting right in front of my face, I will forget them so it's better that I don't. It's not because I don't want them burning all the time though!!!

Marie said...

Yes, usually when we are entertaining or expecting company.

Of course, I like it and the house smells good.

Have a nice weekend.

I used to before I had kids! Now I do use tart warmers for the scents!

Yes, if I could I would have them lit all the time. I love candles.

Tracie said...

I light candles whenever I'm home. I have to warn the kids though. They tend to throw things and I'm always scared of a fire.

Have a great weekend!

I only do candles every once in a while.

I love your picture! And I will be back...I was getting into running, and then kinda quit, but would love to get back into it, so I will be back to read some more of your blog! And you have cute babies!

I used to, I love Yankee candles, I left them going over night a few times (oops), but I haven't lately, because my husband read the closed candles in the jars, can be bad for your breathing, and he was diagnosed with a breathing problem, so I stopped using them.

Krystyn @ Really, Are You Serious? said...

I like to and I love them...but I am pretty bad about lighting them. I definitely go through phases.

The Royal Family said...

I melt them to make it smell good, but no actual flame with kids, pets and silly me always forgetting to turn the melter off, I wouldn't want to leave the flame on.LOL

thanks for stopping by!

I use to love candles after having the boys not so much anymore ... Fear of fire, never know what these boys will do to me ... LOL :)

Andrea said...

Love 'em, but I don't buy them as often as I'd like.

only in the Fall months and Christmas. Love the cozy.

I should, but I don't use candles. I have this crazy thing about my house burning down. We only see candles around here when the lights go out or on a birthday cake.

Thanks for your comment at my place - good to my word, I am a new follower of your blog. Look forward to reading more. Aloha!

We light candles mostly for aroma but we use them for ambiance once in a while. It's hard to make anything seem romantic when you have 4 teenage boys and one little girl living in your home! I do love candles, though.

Mademoiselle Deva said...

Ohh YES! YES YES YES!!! I love candles and the ambiance is so romantic! love it!

I tend to be sensitive to smells, so although I like the atmosphere of candlelight the scent and/or smoke eventually get to me and I have to blow them out. As a result I don't use them very often, usually just when there's a BAD smell that I'm trying to get rid of! lol

Colette S said...

Rarely but when I do it's for the baking smell in my kitchen..

I plan to soon :)

I like candles, I just don't like that I'm choking my air you know.
