And Hawaii is gorgeous! My sister lives there, and we lived there for a year back in 2000!

Hope one day I can visit Hawaii, it looks like a beautiful place.
We got married in Maui during Thanksgiving and it's absolutely our favorite place EVER. Happy Birthday to your brother. Twelve years isn't long enough to make that go away :( Darling babies, swinging!!!
Your babies are adorable! Happy birthday to your brother. I want to go to Hawaii so bad! I hope to get there someday!! It looks so pretty:)
My girls used to love to swing when they were little (they still do).
I hope you had a good day remembering your brother. He must have been very young when he passed away.
What beautiful pictures of your precious little ones and what breathtaking views of Hawaii. Thank you for sharing!
My sister passed away a few years ago... I'm sure this day has been difficult for you. I wrote a poem after she died. I'll share it with you... I hope it helps in some small way.
A Whisper Of You
By, Mindi K. Flowers
In loving memory of my sister
Ami Lynette Wright-Rios
I am lonely without you
I feel broken inside
The days pass so slowly
Without you by my side
I think of you often
Through the day and the night
Whenever I smile
And the sun shines so bright
When I hear joyous laughter
Of children at play
Or taste cold ice cream
On a hot summers day
When I smell the sweet scent
Of roses in bloom
Or look up at the stars
Bathed by a full moon
Your whisper is with me
Wherever I go
Your presence is in me
Ever stronger it grows
I thought I was broken
I was wrong, I am whole
A whisper of you
Fills my soul

I hope that you sleep well and enjoy those babies!

Your little twinkies are absolutely precious! :)
Aww beautiful picture! The children and the scenery :o)
I'm sorry for your loss.
I wish I had twins! Yours are adorable! - the only reason I've been first is because they're finally in Eastern Standard Time - that makes it so much easier for me! Then I developed a technique - it seems to be working! (Except for today LOL)
I am so sorry for your loss! Have a blessed weekend!
Love the song!
I have read SO many blogs lately of people who have lost a sibling. My sister is my best friend and I cannot imagine life without her. I admire your strength.
Have a fabulous weekend!
Love the pic of your babies! I got to watch my new granddaughter this week and loved every minute of it. We take so many pictures of her!
I have given you the Superior Scribbler award!

Hi Olga! I tried to leave a comment on the Aloha Friday, but Google was being its typical butthead (we have a love/hate thing going) and it wouldn't let me...
SO my vote goes to thunderstorms. Waves are nice, but considering we're talking strictly of sound, I prefer the sound of me sipping a rita on the beach!
I have moved my blog - hope you'll follow me over...

It wouldn't be the same without your pretty face looking back at me!
My kids love swinging too!
So sorry for the loss of your bother. I am sure it is still painful, just like 12 years ago.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
