"Nonrunners cannot see how they can afford the time to run every day. But runners cannot imagine getting through a single day without it." As a runner who is currently necessarily a nonrunner I totally get this! It's been nearly a year since I had to stop running due to illness and a lot of surgery but last week I got good news: if all goes well, I can run again as of January 1st 2010. Still don't know how I'm going to wait, it's driving me potty and getting worse now I'm getting better! Have a lovely day and run a couple of steps for me!
