Aloha Friday,is the day they take it easy, and look forward to the weekend.

Knit, read, talk, lose myself in a book or a movie.
I blog about it, and I talk to my friends. They always know how to cheer me up. :)
I usually go rent a Really funny movie have you seen Bachelor party yet? It's a riot!
I put on Worship music!
Walk or read and a little bit of chocolate :)
Go out to a good movie, read a good book, watch something funny on the tube, listen to oldies and any thing I can think of at the time.

Running helps me (sun always beraks my moods), so does music and food.

I try to do something to divert my attention. Things include go to the park with my kids, knit, watch a comedy or read a book.
I talk to my friends or try and watch something funny. =D
Never fail, when I feel down I just need some good music, headphones and the room to sing at the top of my lungs. Very theraputic!!!

Sometime a good cry is in order. Sometimes a nice long walk or a hot bath. And sometimes I just need to sleep on something to let it cool off.

I just take a breather and get out of the house! Doing anything to keep my mind busy is key!
I have to make myself stay busy to take my mind off what is bothering me.

I usually call a friend, or go for a walk! :)

I shop, it's dangerous LOL sometimes a nice hot bath helps though.
Watching a comedy usually does the trick. Or maybe taking a nap. Things usually seem to be better when I'm well rested.
Lately I simply take a nap.
I usually watch It's Always Sunny in Philly or The Office. A glass or two of bubbly doesn't hurt either. Ah ha ha
Sometimes I just let it have it's way until it's passed.
Other times I pray or do something else to take my mind off it.
If I call up my girlfriend , then we rant it out and I sometimes feel better.
MUSIC! It has a way to lift me out of it.
