It is Music Monday at my friends Tara's place at Keeping up with the Kelly's!We are to pick a song from our wedding day.
I created a C.D.for all of our wedding guests. My first one ever!I put songs on it that included each one of my grown children's favorite song for the year,my Mother in laws favorite.Something my Hubby liked and course some that I liked.
This one was to my husband!!It was our "first dance" song!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Borrowed from my Devotional:
When you are aware of God is living in you, your attitude to life changes and your heart will overflow with gratitude for the glory and beauty that God imparts to your daily life
Good idea to make a CD!! My cousin did that for her wedding, but the whole CD was stuff she and her husband were singing.... badly. I'm sure yours was much better!!
That's a great idea. I made one for my sister as part of her matron of honor gift. This song was a very popular wedding song and I love that you got married outside. I would have been a nervous wreck - worrying about the weather so I went the safe way...inside! I'm going to link you up!
Thanks for stopping by my blog to visit. I love the idea of making a cd of all your wedding songs for your guests. I wish I would have thought of doing something that fun!
Love Shania Twain, and that is such a great song. I loved that quote too. It's so true, life is just so much better with God in it. You see things in such a different way, and it helps you to be grateful for everything, the good, AND the bad. www.balancedmoms.blogspot.com
I guess I have lost my mind!! I played this song at my wedding too. I had forgot. I had a tape that played before we marched in and for the life of me I cannot remember all the songs that were on it, but now you have helped me remember this one. Thanks for sharing and for jogging my memory, lol!!
Hi. My name is Olga. I am a Christian ,wife married to, we'll have to call him Big Chucky.I am also Mommy to 2 year old twins, Lil' Chucky and Maggie Pie.I am also Mom to Belle,Jill and Jason who are all in their early 20's.Oh and I can't forget about my Husky named Balto. He is the best dog on the planet!
Before my twins were born I worked for a major airline.I decided to take an early retirement to be able to stay home with them.
I started this blog as a way to share my passion about my Lord and
Savior,my twins, and running thus TwinspirationalRunner was born!
So many things have happened in the year that my twins came into this world.I will be writing and sharing about this sometimes. It will be painful for me but I plan on keeping it real and sprinkled with humor because that is how I've always gotten thru life.
I am fully reliant on God and I hope you will be inspired, motivated, moved and maybe even laugh a little, okay Alot!
Most of all I hope you will come to see how my ordinary life is being transformed into a beautiful work of God that is still in progress!God's love is Always All ways!

beautiful song! I love the idea of compilation CDs as wedding favors...so much better than cheesy bubbles or candy wrapped in tulle, LOL!
How sweet! That was on our wedding cd, too! Though, we danced to All the Way By Lonestar.
What a perfect song for the first dance at a wedding!
