I live in Florida and can see it go up if the weather is clear enough. It is amazing!

I haven't actually seen it from the cape, but I've seen it from other locations, including once over the ocean in St Augustine at night. It was amazing!

Only on TV, and only the Challenger. :( I'd love to go see it in person one day (but not like that one!)

Only on tv but I have been to Kennedy Space Center and toured it. Very interesting. I'm sad the space program is ending as we know it.

I have never seen one go up. But a few years ago we were at NASA when one was coming back and while we were on the tour we were stoped in our bus while they were getting it to the garage so we got to see it pretty close it.

I was actually at my parents house in Fla when the one shuttle blew up. It was really freaky.

Have a great day!

Only from my the front lawn. Never at the Cape. Funny that even after 4 years of living here, when it comes into our atmosphere that Boom still makes me jump, LOL

On t.v. There is something so majestic about travelling into space. I've spoken with a few NASA guys about it and their stories are amazing.

I've never seen it in person but I did watch it live this morning. It must be so much more amazing in person.

Yes, once when I was a child. I remember it being very exciting and I'm grateful I was taken to see it.

Hope you are well, my beautiful friend.

Well on TV, of course! :-) I haven't seen it live on the beach but that does sound amazing. Either way it makes me a little nervous when they launch, at least for the first few seconds.

Hey, wanted to say thanks for stopping by my blog on SITS day.
