In Hawaii,Aloha Friday,is the day they take it easy, and look forward to the weekend.
So I thought that on Fridays I would and take it easy on the posting,as they do in Hawaii! Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
Oh, and don't forget to click on the link anywhere that's highlighted and play along with Kailani and the rest of us!You will make some new bloggy friends too!!

My question for today is:

Who does the Yard work at Your Place?!

At our house it is Mostly Me! I realy enjoy it, though and have alot more energy than my Husband!!AlohA!!!!

We rent a house with a huge yard. The owner of the house is obsessed with his lawn so, he pays to get treatments on the grass and comes over to do it himself. lol! I guess he's afraid we will do something wrong. We plant flowers, though.

We have a gardener who does almost everything.

Me. Sadly, sadly all me. I keep hoping against hope that my husband will develop a passion for gardening, but alas so far . . . the gardening is left up to me.

My husband does the yard work and if he requests help, I'll help him.

We live in an apartment where all that stuff is taken care of for us. However, when we did live somewhere that we had to do those things, we both did it.

My boyfriend. Before I met him I did all the yardwork though.

We don't have a yard so I assume .. nobody?!?:):)

Me mostly. We do have a mower. sometime ago I decided I could no longer rely on the family to mow. so I have had a mower for several years now.

It's a joint effort at our house - the hubby does the weed whacking (because I can never get that thing started, and I can be deadly with it...) And I run the tractor around the back 40 (which I love doing, armed with my iPod and tunes, it's a nice 'break' for me). He also takes care of the pond, I take care of the flower beds. :)

I have to admit, I am not into yard work. Do not like being in the dirt and with the insects. Thanks to this and allergies, TechyDad does most of it.

I'd say 50/50. My husband does a lot, but I don't mind cutting the grass and i usually plant the flowers because he is not so gentle!

Whoever the association hires. :)

We only really have a hedge to cut and we avoid that until we realise it's the tallest on the street again, then me and my housemate do it together:-)

It's sort of a team effort around here but mainly me. Also, my dad lives next door and he and my uncles plant a big garden in my yard every year for all the family.

I would love to, but have severe allergies...I DO keep the back porch clean and kept AND pot/plant flowers every year (they always die)...does that count?

My husband, I just do some little things.

Happy Friday and great weekend.

My hubby loves to do the yard work for the most part but ends up working so much that I usually do a lot it to help out. I love to plant the flowers and keep them watered. I am a new follower from Friday Follow, so glad to have found your blog. Have a great weekend!

Um...nobody! We moved into our last house 3 weeks before the girls were born and literally NEVER went to the back yard. At our current house, there's just a deck so I might do a container garden if my mom helps me. Both my husband and I have black thumbs but my mom is great with plants!

I do the flowers, weeding & garden. My husband does the lawn.

We have a gardner who mows and edges every week. Any weeding, trimming, flower care or planting we do ourselves.
Happy Aloha Friday!

My husband is so busy with school that I normally do it all. He actually doesn't like me to, but if I didn't it wouldn't get done :)

My husband does. He does most of the outside work and I do most of the inside work. Happy Friday! :)

Like earthlymama, we rent and have and acre. The Landlord didn't want us doing it so he has a service. That actually works for us, as We just don't have the time. I don't enjoy it either so makes me HAPPY! I don't even like planting flowers....

Upstatemamma said...

Mostly Hubby really. I might occassionally help out - especially in the fall with raking but so much of it has to be done without the kids around that he usually does it all.

Actually, it's mostly me! I love digging in the dirt and getting all kinds of dirty... but I also have asthma, so I can't do the mowing that often. I know, darn the luck! ;-).

Good luck on your upcoming race! Have fun!

Now following, by the way. Hope you have a really happy weekend!
